Biography

In the winter of 2004, Expired Youth was formed in Chicago. After a well-received demo, it didn't very long for the band to catch the attention of Think Fast! Records. "Where We Stand" was released in 2005 and Expired Youth were quickly one of the midwests most well known hardcore bands. Centerfuse said "I'm going to go ahead and say that this is the best Chicago band since Get it Away and the best straight edge band to come out in the US since The First Step and Desperate Measures. Another solid hit from Think Fast! Records". Sadly, "Where We Stand" would be the sole-release for the short lived Windy City straight edge band, who played their last show in 2007. Expired Youth will certainly go down as one of those bands who went out on top.
