Where Fear and Weapons Meet was a straight forward hardcore band from South Florida combining elements of Sick Of It All and Madball with a modern bend, focused on powerful song structures and catchy sing-alongs. The Weapon began in 1999 from the ashes of Florida legends, Morning Again. Guitarist John Wylie met up with drummer Jason Lederman with the sole intention of playing real hardcore, something that had been missing in in Florida for some time. The members of the Weapon have been a part of Morning Again, Culture, Until The End, Against All Authority, Destro, Keepsake, and many more. Most notably, the band has released their self titled EP and "The Weapon" full length on Revelation Records. After a 2-year hiatus, the band returned in 2002 and began to work on "Control," which was released on Eulogy Recordings, with the vinyl version being released on Think Fast!.
