Biography

Homeroom in Worcester, Massachusetts was never the same after Youth Attack formed in early 2002. With obvious comparisons to bands such as Crippled Youth and Side By Side, the band continued to play their brand of in your face straight edge hardcore consistently on the East Coast until their break up in late 2006. After the band had released a demo, the band hooked up with Cadmium Sick Records to release their debut self titled 7" in 2002. It was at this time that Youth Attack and Think Fast! inked a deal, and in 2003 the band's second EP (and Think Fast! debut) hit the streets. After "Break the Ice" circulated, it seemed like nothing could stop the Youth Attack. The band embarked on several tours and created a fanbase of angry youth who were attracted to their intense live show, fronted by vocalist Jeff Hunter. His onstage antics and bitter lyrics always got the crowd riled up and would probably offend anyone outside the punk rock community. With two well received EP's under their belt, the group grew a little older and a little wiser, and showed progression through their song writing as they unleashed their final release and debut full length, "Don't Look Back".
